Having no knowledge of the field before I took the course I now feel very comfortable in talking with potential customers about their Indoor Air Quality problems and possible solutions. I learned about ionization, filtration, ozone and UV; things I never knew before. The class also came with a printable worksheet so I could take notes as I went along.
